IEEEXtreme is a global challenge in which teams of IEEE Student members, supported by an IEEE Student Branch, advised and proctored by an IEEE member, compete in a 24-hour time span against each other to solve a set of programming problems. 2016
Three teams competed in the 2016 IEEEXtreme Programming Competition. Our teams placed 6th, 7th, and 8th in the region and the team of Andy Martinez, Matin Meskin, and Marcus Ashford broke the top 100 in the country! Below see the teams in action.
2014
Four teams of three to four members each competed in the 2014 IEEEXtreme Programming Competition. Below are our competitors:
One team, consisting of Tomasz Pietruszka, Scott Will, and James Mazur (pictured below) placed third in Region 1! Additionally, they placed 14th overall in the USA. Great job guys!
2013
Two IEEE members (Mack Ward and Jimmy Mazur) competed and placed 4/24 in Region 1 and 59/251 in the USA. Here are some pics of the competitors in action:
